Hatla Ntene (Executive Chairman)
Hatla is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and obtained a PQRS, PMAQS, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Dublin. He has a Diploma in Civil Engineering (Lesotho), and a Diploma in Construction Economics (Ireland). He has over 30 years industry experience.
Hatla serves as Executive Chairman of Mvua Property Partners. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Vukile Property Fund, Calgro M3 Holdings Ltd and Wilson Bayly Homles - Ovcon Ltd (WBHO). He serves as a Director of the following: AECOM South Africa (Pty) Ltd, Cost Associates, Farrow Laing Ntene, Ntene Liebetrau, and Mahope Property Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He has also served as the Property Executive Manager of Development of Propnet (Transnet’s Property Division).
Tim Watt-Pringle (Chief Executive Officer)
Tim is the founding member and the Chief Executive Officer of Pulaprop. Coming from an auction background, he brings to the table an extensive knowledge of operations and contacts within sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, he brings a hands-on approach to management and strongly believes in embedding himself as part of the Pulaprop team.
Regardt Engelbrecht (Broker)
Regardt was in the financial industry for 18 years and established a practice which consisted mainly of high net worth professionals. He has a post graduate diploma in financial planning and believes that acting with honesty and integrity forms the basis of any relationship. Clients find it easy to relate to Regardt due to his amiable nature.
Mark Danielson (Broker)
Mark Danielson has an extensive sales and operations background in the Southern African market. With more than 10 years’ operating in markets in Botswana, Zambia and South Africa, his understanding of these key regions is comprehensive. Coupled with his passion for property is a know-how to secure deals that work for both buyers and sellers.
Thato Ntene (Key Accounts)
Thato Ntene has always been exposed to entrepreneurship and business theories and principles from a very young age. Both her parents are successful entrepreneurs in their own right. She would often engage in business oriented discussions with her parents which exposed her to fundamental business principles such as return on investment, capital expenditure, shareholder values and many others. Thato has also completed several courses within the Commerce Faculty at Wits and Unisa.
Thato has never shied away from getting involved in already established businesses or starting businesses of her own. Currently, Thato has two of her own businesses, Thato N. and The House of Johari.
